Our Story: From Hosting to Helping Others Thrive

We didn’t start with a business plan — we started with a single cabin in the Smokies and a whole lot of heart.

In 2021, we transitioned our long-term rentals into short-term rentals in the Smoky Mountains, and everything changed. We began self-managing our own cabins and quickly discovered that we didn’t just enjoy it — we loved it. From guest communication to crafting five-star stays, it became clear this was more than a side hustle.

In 2023, a high school friend reached out after seeing our STR journey on social media. She also owned cabins in the Smokies and was frustrated with big-box property management. I encouraged her to try self-managing — she laughed. Fast-forward through a few management switches (and more frustration), she finally asked, “Would you manage mine?”

At first, I hesitated. But that one yes became the beginning of something bigger

Since then, we’ve grown from self-managing a few cabins to becoming a boutique short-term rental management company focused on high-end hospitality and real owner support. And we’ve expanded beyond Tennessee to now serve properties in:

• Island Park, Idaho – Just minutes from Yellowstone’s west entrance
• Temecula, California – In the heart of Southern California wine country

Whether it’s mountain lodges, National Park neighbors, or vineyard villas, our mission stays the same: to care for every home like it’s our own and deliver stays that guests rave about.
